Scale is not an issue while thinking CNC cutting. Whatever your projects is micro small or size of an elephant, it is achievable. All you have to do, is to plan your project with CNC in mind. I’d like to share few images form our previously done project for a Montreal casting company Aluma Systems building concrete structure like bridge pillars, water barrages and doing other civil construction & engineering.

Flowing images are results of pre-engineered plywood templates with naming engraved in to actual templates for better assembly and manipulation. Templates were later fabricated with another layer of plywood to create a custom shaped cast that will get later filled with concrete and shape out parts for a future water barrages.
